We don’t need another zombie movie, they are all virtually the same. Watching people mow down zombies is like playing Doom with God Mode on, eventually you just need to turn it off. But, alas, the talks for the sequel to Land of the Dead have begun.
It appears the thesaurus has almost been wrung dry…we’ve already had Land, Day, Night, Dawn, House, Return, The City, Document, Orgy, Prison, Shadows, Vengeance, Army, Storm, Diary, Dream and even The Typing…Of The Dead. So, it seems a sequel is the only possibility for George Romero, ’cause you can do Land of the Dead 2 and don’t have to come up with something lame like Drool of the Dead. Oh, and I copyright that.
Peace out.

Paramount has decided not to let critics see Aeon Flux before it hits theaters.
This means that the film is so bad that Paramount wants to get as much money from ticket sales as possible, and will force the few hundred critcs to fork over the eight bucks in order to have the privelage to write Aeon Flux Sucks.
Someone warn the theaters, I smell a bomb.
Peace out.

I’m always skeptical of horror stories where tension builds as someone is receiving an email or instant message, it just doesn’t seem suspenseful or frightening at all to me.
And now here’s a remake of the Japanese horror movie Pulse that seems to work on some level. Check it out and tell me what you think. It has the mandatory dark hallways, video-needing-tracking-adjustment, and little kid voice, but also has some pretty nice and unique visuals.
Peace out.
